Creating an on-boarding book for new employees sounds like a pretty straightforward task unless you design it with a bit more fun in mind. Named after the orange colour of the iconic logo of the Canadian agency Grip Limited (Pantone 158 C), the idea of the book came from the thought that only after combining the right traits with the right attitudes, one can become the Grip “Guru”.
